How long will it take for me to get my order?
If you are based within Europe we aim to have your order with you within 1-3 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email to let you know, along with your unique UPS tracking number.
Which countries does Jean Baptiste RAUTUREAU deliver to?
Deliveries are only made to:
- Metropolitan France + Corsica:
- any of the European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (not including the Canary Islands, Ceuta y Melilla), Sweden, and the United Kingdom (not including the Channel Islands).
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number. You may use this number to track your order online with UPS.
How do I return or exchange an item?
The Company allows the consumer a retraction period of fourtheen(14) days in which to return any products that are unsuitable. This 14-day period is counted from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer. This right to retract can be exercised without attracting any penalty, except for the costs of delivery and return, which remain at the consumer's expense (unless eshop-freelance.fr has made an acknowledged error).
We do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with the size or the model, we invite you to return the shoes for a refund and then place another order.
The procedure described in 'Article 8: 'Returns' applies to the return of merchandise.
How to care my shoes?
Keep the leather area clean and dry using a dry soft cloth;
Always store your products away from light and heat;
Protect your leather good from rain and moisture;
Store your products in the Jean Baptiste RAUTUREAU boxe;
Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
